We will endeavor to ship your order as soon as we can after payment has been confirmed.  If you use PayPal to pay online, your order will usually ship on or before the next business day.  If you send payment via the mail then shipment will not occur until your payment actually clears.

Once your order ships, shipping charges are not refundable, but if you return the item(s) unopened within 30 days we will issue a refund for the actual purchase price as quickly as possible.  Opened items cannot be refunded, but if you receive an item with shipping damage we will be happy to exchange it for you.

All orders will ship from Stow, OH.  If you request USPS First Class shipping your CDs will usually take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.  USPS Priority Mail shipments will usually take four days or less.
